I finished my A levels at Sixth Form in 2015. During my time at Sixth Form I gained a Sports Leaders Qualification and the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. I was able to add these to my CV which helped me get this Apprenticeship. I have always been very keen on sports and I already had a part-time job as an Assistant Trampoline Coach, which I still do. I enjoy coaching sessions as it keeps me active. I started working with Flying Futures in the Summer of 2015 as seasonal staff for NCS. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to apply for an Apprenticeship, in which I was successful. I am now a Modern Apprentice; the majority of the work I do is NCS based. I work on the engagement side of NCS, which involves going to Keep Warm Sessions to keep NCS sign ups engaged within the programme. I also get involved with Doorstep Clubs, these are sport like sessions that are delivered to young people in the area.
