Flying Futures: Camps

Cricket Futures

Cricket Futures is a programme which is designed to inspire children and young people to engage in physical activity through the power of cricket. Cricket is a multi-disciplined sport which can be enjoyed by children and young people, whilst helping develop key skills from a young age. Cricket Futures enables children of all abilities to enjoy the sport, keep physically and mentally active whilst developing confidence, social skills and broadening aspirations and knowledge of the sport in a supporting environment.
All sessions are delivered by experienced and accredited Cricket coaches. Through participating in the Cricket Futures programme, children will:
  • Boost social skills
  • Become familiar with being part of a team
  • Increase physical fitness
  • Improve mental wellbeing
  • Develop motor skills
  • Participate in sport in a safe and supporting environment
  • Signposted to local cricket clubs

Cricket Futures is available to schools across Yorkshire offering after school clubs, camps in the school holidays and regular sessions within the school timetable! Keep checking back to this page to find out about our Cricket Futures Summer Camp which is coming soon.
