ABOUT US

Flying Futures is a Social Business that supports young people to ‘get on’ in Society.

Flying Futures is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to creating positive, lasting change across communities in Yorkshire & Humberside and the North East. We design and deliver a wide range of social impact programmes, using sport, mentoring, training, and employment and citizenship initiatives to support children, young people and communities.

We work directly with people, communities, and organisations to strengthen skills, build confidence, and create new pathways for personal and social growth. Our team brings together diverse expertise, all guided by a committed board of directors. As a proudly youth-led organisation, young people play a central role in shaping our programmes and influencing the way we work.

Alongside our core delivery, we run a portfolio of grant-funded projects that support community wellbeing, enhance opportunities, and help people of all ages thrive. Through this combined offer, we empower individuals, support organisational development, and create lasting positive impact across the regions we serve.
